Formerly Resident Hotels Ltd, we currently have nine hotels in our portfolio. We manage and operate The Resident in three excellent locations in London – Covent Garden, Soho and Victoria – Liverpool and Edinburgh, and manage Four Points Flex by Sheraton in Cardiff, Dundee, Edinburgh, and Newcastle under a franchise agreement with Marriott International.
